Role: Escalation Engineer (Full-time)
Huntsville, Alabama based. In-office 3 days a week initially, moving to 2 days a week after proving themselves.
Responsibilities:
- Handling escalated tickets (network and backend), performing basic. configurations for project work, monitoring via RMM, NOC services.
Qualifications:
- Network Administrator / Systems Administrator background.
- Background in Help Desk or Service Desk with networking experience (Tier 2)
Technical Stack:
- Azure AD
- RMM: Datto, Direct Cloud, ConnectWise.
- Cybersecurity: Sophos (antivirus, protection).
- Networking: Ariba, Ruckus, Meraki, Unifi.
Team and Travel:
- Team is mostly remote with some travel (10% - 25%).
Compensation:
- Range: $75k - $85k
Environment:
- Compliance-focused
- Certifications: Not required, but Network+ and Microsoft certifications are a plus
